The building is located in Riga’s historic center, whose structures were formed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is situated on a typical residential block in the so-called Quiet Center.
 
 
 
 

Offices ranging from 75 to 1697 m2 are located on floors 1 to 5 of the building. On the lower floors they have a variety of layouts and finishing styles. Glass dividing walls and soft floor coverings are features of the structure of the offices. Each office has an in-built kitchen and sanitary facilities. The premises are equipped with air conditioning, ventilators and telecommunications networks. Some offices have French balconies and glass enclosed balconies that can be opened.
